From product selection to private label, packing, documentation and shipment: we coordinate the elements required to build a commercially usable offer.
We start from the buyer’s objective. Is the product intended for retail shelves, foodservice distribution, ethnic stores, industrial use or a new private label? The answer changes the recommended can size, specification, artwork, carton, palletisation and documentation.
Our role is to connect the product and the export operation. We coordinate commercial information, production requirements, label data, packing details and shipment follow-up so that the buyer receives a solution that can be sold and used—not merely loaded.

We can begin with a focused assortment, explain the commercial differences between formats and evaluate whether a mixed container is more appropriate than a single-product load.
The priority may be 2.5–3 kg formats, practical cartons, stable supply and clear specifications for pizzerias, restaurants and caterers.
The project may require multilingual labels, barcode coordination, legal text, nutritional information, carton artwork, samples and approval steps before production.
For repeat shipments, we work on forecasting, timing, product continuity, document consistency and communication of production or logistics changes.
Private label is not treated as a separate service. It is one part of the complete partner solution: product and format selection, positioning, mandatory label information, multilingual artwork, carton development, barcode coordination, approvals, production and export documents.

Products, formats, quantities, destination, channel and target positioning.
Specification, brand solution, cartons, pallet configuration and indicative logistics.
Final data, artwork approvals, production planning and quality requirements.
Commercial documents, packing information, booking coordination and loading follow-up.
Direct communication during shipment and support with documents or arrival questions.
We coordinate pallet preparation, container loading, documents, shipment follow-up and communication with the buyer. The objective is not simply to dispatch goods, but to deliver a commercially usable solution.

A mixed container can help an importer launch more categories, test demand or supply different customer groups. It must still respect minimum production, carton compatibility, pallet stability, weight distribution and loading efficiency. Sole Food evaluates the combination before confirming it.
Product, format, quantity, destination and label requirements are enough to start a concrete quotation.
